Having been shortlisted in the final 25 images of the Londoner's Photography Competition, I was very proud that one of my images was to be exhibited at Somerset House in London albeit only as a small and minor part of World Photo London. I knew the image was only being displayed digitally and only on a loop and was hidden in an ante room away from the main Sony World Photography Awards exhibition (which is just incredible by the way) but nevertheless, on display!

And that was it - my image didn't appear. It made me laugh anyway.

(And for the avoidance of doubt, my image was not a conceptual piece featuring a black page with white text spelling out "Invalid file. Preparing to show the next file...").
